David Wild has commenced in his new role as CEO of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health.

David, who has moved across from South Australia to take up the position, has a clinical background in mental health and has experience across the education, health and community sectors. David has extensive experience of working in partnerships to achieve better health and wellbeing outcomes for vulnerable communities. This has included working with refugees, asylum seekers, indigenous communities and survivors of torture.

More recently David worked at Specialised Assistance School for Youth (SASY) in Adelaide launching a child wellbeing program that focuses on supporting schools and educators to recognise and support child wellbeing needs earlier in their life. David has also held the position of State Manager, Headspace Schools and National Clinical Manager, Headspace Schools.
