Omnia Community Health

A new name for merging Nexus Primary Health and Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health

Omnia Community Health: A New Era of Community Health

ARRCH partners Nexus Primary Health and Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health announced the name and logo for their soon-to-be merged organisation: Omnia Community Health.

Developed through extensive consultation with staff, clients, community members and partners, both the name and visual identity of the new organisation embody the organisation’s purpose: to help our communities feel healthy, connected and supported through trusted, local care.

Chief Executive Officer, David Wild, said the announcement marks an exciting and important milestone in the merger, signalling the beginning of a new chapter for the organisation.

“We consulted broadly to understand how our new brand should reflect the care and connection we deliver every day,” said Mr Wild.  “Omnia Community Health represents our shared vision to be the trusted local health partner for our communities, one that empowers people to live well through care that’s inclusive, connected and grounded in local relationships.”

Derived from the Latin word for “all” or “everything,” Omnia reflects the commitment to providing inclusive, comprehensive, and connected care for everyone.  It symbolises unity, collaboration, and the belief that everyone deserves access to quality health and wellbeing services.  The new logo brings this meaning to life, visually representing Omnia Community Health’s commitment to inclusivity, connection and care.  The dot gradient within the symbol illustrates our organisation’s broad reach and the positive ripple effect of our work, a reminder of how care and support flow outward to strengthen local communities.

“Nexus Primary Health and Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health are coming together to create a more resilient and connected community health service for our region, and Omnia Community Health’s logo captures that beautifully,” said Mr Wild.  “We look forward to delivering better, more connected healthcare for our communities into the future.”

The new name will officially launch on 1 January 2026, when the two organisations formally merge and form Omnia Community Health.
